About The Position

The 401 Group of Companies is offering a Management Training Program designed to develop individuals into future General Managers. As a Non-Prime Finance Manager, you will receive hands-on training covering all aspects of dealership operations, including client acquisition, vehicle acquisition, finance management, inventory management, payroll management, compliance and lender relations, employee recruitment and management, and ESA compliance. The program provides extensive training and mentorship, access to Tier-1 leads, and guidance from industry trainers to equip individuals for success in dealership management.

Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Learn how to attract and retain customers using our top-tier lead generation tools.
  • Vehicle Acquisition: Select from over 1,000 vehicles to meet client needs and manage inventory.
  • Finance Management: Structure and secure financing deals by working directly with financial institutions.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory to ensure optimal vehicle selection and availability.
  • Payroll Management: Gain experience managing commission, bonuses, and salaries for employees.
  • Compliance & Lender Relations: Ensure all financial and legal requirements are met while maintaining strong lender relationships.
  • Employee Recruitment & Management: Recruit, manage, and lead your own team.
  • ESA Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Employment Standards Act (ESA) for smooth operations.
