About The Position

Customer Service Representative (Presales Agent) is a Contract-to-Hire position based out of Omaha, NE. This role involves answering inbound calls from prospective customers, following up on quote requests and interested leads, and connecting customers with the right department or sales team. The agent will provide a great customer experience via phone and email, navigate multiple systems while documenting interactions, and meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment. No insurance experience is required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service, call center, or phone experience
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calls
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
