Requirements

• Must hold a valid Wisconsin insurance license.
• Previous experience in customer service with Allstate preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently.
• Provide accurate quotes and information to potential customers.
