About The Position

We are a Top Allstate Agency in California and fairly well known in the Allstate circles. We are now accepting resumes for a fantastic Customer Service Rep for our agency in Sacramento, CA. This position offers a competitive base salary + commissions + bonuses. Agents earn around $50-75,000 per year on average. However, our top Agents earn $75,000+. As a licensed sales professional, you'll learn the business inside and out. You'll help grow an Allstate agency and build relationships in your community. And that's just the beginning. Requirements

• Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License is required (company can assist in obtaining)
• Must have the drive to win
• Must be able to follow our proven system of success
• 1 year of insurance sales experience (Preferred)
• Spanish language skills (Preferred)
