Requirements
- Insurance experience required, must have Property and Casualty license.
- Transferring from another state is OK.
- Strong experience in customer retention is required (not just transactional customer service--- that is insufficient)
- Confident, motivated individual who works well independently and can track their own progress
Responsibilities
- Be the trusted advisor that review accounts with customers to advise them and protect their families and assets
- Develop long-term relationships with our customers to trust you over the years and decades
- Become an expert on our agency Customer Retention processes, as well as Allstate products
