About The Position
Join the Cardiovascular Institute of Central Florida (CVICFL), a proud CVAUSA partner, as a fellowship-trained Non-Invasive Cardiologist. Our expanding Ocala team is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge, patient-centered cardiovascular care. We utilize the latest advancements to diagnose, treat, and prevent a wide range of cardiovascular conditions. This role involves non-invasive acute clinical care supported at top local facilities including HCA West Marion, HCA Ocala, and Advent Ocala, as well as a brand-new Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) adjacent to the Ocala clinic. The dynamic role offers variety in non-invasive services within local hospitals and clinics, including echo, nuclear, TEE, stress tests, and consults, with opportunities for growth with new PET CT. You will be supported by experienced APPs during weekdays and on-call weekends, with general call shared among physicians. We offer an integrated team of cardiologists, advanced practice providers, MAs, and administrative staff, with access to the latest cardiac technology and minimally invasive procedural capabilities.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Eligible in Cardiovascular Medicine
- Completion of U.S.-accredited Internal Medicine and Cardiology fellowship programs
- MD or DO
- Strong commitment to clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and teamwork
- Eligible for physician waiver support (H-1B and J1) through the Southeast Crescent Regional Commission

- Echo and Nuclear certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide non-invasive acute clinical care at HCA West Marion, HCA Ocala, and Advent Ocala.
- Perform non-invasive services within local hospitals and clinics, including echo, nuclear, TEE, stress tests, and consults.
- Support new PET CT initiatives.
- Participate in general call, shared with other physicians.
- Collaborate with an integrated team of cardiologists, advanced practice providers, MAs, and administrative staff.
