About The Position

The University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center (UM BWMC), a member of the University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS), is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join its rapidly growing cardiology practice in Glen Burnie, Maryland. This is an established team of 12 physicians, 11 APPs, and 4 nurses, operating as an office- and hospital-based, single-specialty group. Physicians work closely with APPs in both settings, managing an average patient volume of 30 patients per day split between office and hospital. The practice is the largest cardiology practice in Northern Anne Arundel County and provides 24/7 PCI for STEMIs. It has a strong affiliation with UMMS Main Campus for advanced cardiovascular therapies and offers comprehensive in-house diagnostic and therapeutic services across two office sites with modern facilities and equipment. UM BWMC is a thriving 285-bed medical center located conveniently near Baltimore and Washington, D.C., recognized for its state-of-the-art surgical facilities and Centers of Excellence.
