About The Position
TCS Mobility is seeking a Non-Emergency Transport Road Supervisor to join their growing team for their DART location. This role involves transporting passengers safely and on-time, ensuring their safety, and providing excellent customer service. Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a clean and active driving record.
- Ability to pass a DOT drug test, DOT physical exam, and a criminal background check.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Training on operating a motorized lift will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Transporting all passengers to their destinations safely and on-time.
- Ensuring the safety of all passengers.
- Operating motorized lift (will provide training).
- Conduct mobility device securement and vehicle cleanliness checks on in service vehicles.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Communicating effectively with staff and passengers.
- Facilitate post-accident, post-injury, post-incident retraining.
- Conduct site checks and road observations according to client and local policy.
- Document findings accordingly and provide necessary reports to project staff.
- Remaining professional and respectful to our clients of all ages, gender and race.
- Understand and follow driving laws, ordinances, and regulations.
