About The Position

TCS Mobility is seeking a Non-Emergency Transport Road Supervisor to join their growing team for their DART location. This role involves transporting passengers safely and on-time, ensuring their safety, and providing excellent customer service. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a clean and active driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug test, DOT physical exam, and a criminal background check.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Transporting all passengers to their destinations safely and on-time.
• Ensuring the safety of all passengers.
• Operating motorized lift (will provide training).
• Conduct mobility device securement and vehicle cleanliness checks on in service vehicles.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Communicating effectively with staff and passengers.
• Facilitate post-accident, post-injury, post-incident retraining.
• Conduct site checks and road observations according to client and local policy. Document findings accordingly and provide necessary reports to project staff.
• Remaining professional and respectful to our clients of all ages, gender and race.
• Understand and follow driving laws, ordinances, and regulations.
