About The Position
Texas Precious Metals is seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented, and trustworthy team member to assist clients through both precious metals buying and liquidation processes. Requirements
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated team player with a strong sense of responsibility

- High learning agility and drive to become a subject matter expert
- Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and ethical
Nice To Haves
- Some college coursework preferred
- Experience in non-commissioned sales and or customer service preferred
- Finance market knowledge beneficial but not required
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Achieve and maintain expert-level knowledge of our precious metals products and market trends
- Negotiate and execute client orders using discretion and judgment
- Oversee and ensure prompt processing of abnormal or complex orders
- Serve as the go-to expert on product, inventory, and shipment questions
- Assist and represent clients through the entire purchase and liquidation order lifecycles.
- Assist with daily business operations and ad hoc responsibilities
- Travel occasionally (less than 10%)
- All other duties as assigned by management
