About The Position

Osborne Coinage is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team specializing in precious metals, numismatic coins, collectible coins, and commemorative medallions. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys connecting with collectors, investors, dealers and distributors while helping drive business growth.

Proven success in sales, business development, or account management.

Nice To Haves

4-year degree plus 3 years related sales experience
Experience in precious metals, collectibles, luxury goods, financial services, or a related industry is preferred.
Knowledge of numismatics and coin collecting is an asset.

Responsibilities

Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with collectors, investors, dealers and distributors
Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and outbound sales activities
Promote and sell precious metal products, minting capacity, collectible coins, and commemorative medallions programs
Provide expert product recommendations based on customer interests and objectives
Source and promote licensed precious metal coin and medallion programs to prospective customers
Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to maximize conversion rates
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM / Group Sales funnel system
Support the internal product development group
Stay current on market trends, product releases, and industry developments
