Requirements

• Pursing an appropriate degree at a two- or four-year college or university OR Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in an appropriate discipline

Responsibilities

• Gradual integration into HR processes, moving from observation to active involvement in all HR disciplines.
• Progressive involvement in technical processes, starting with observation and growing into hands-on roles.
• Gain knowledge in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Gain practical application of marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
