About The Position

Teach snowsports to guests of all ages in a safe, fun environment, delivering quality instruction to groups and individuals along with world-class guest service. The role is seasonal for winter 2026/2027, with full-time and part-time hours available. The starting and expected pay rate is $20.00 per hour. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Instructor placement depends on successfully completing training and meeting minimum skill, guest-service, and safety standards. Employees may also work across departments and roles to support the resort’s one-resort mentality, including Lift Experience, Mountain Activities, Food and Beverage Support, Base Area Operations, and Retail Rental Operations. Housing is not available. Applications are accepted until December 15 or until positions are filled, whichever comes first.

Requirements

Be at least 16 years of age.
Be comfortable and competent skiing on groomed blue terrain.
Be willing to work with guests of all ages and be comfortable working with children aged 3 and older.
Communicate fluently in English.
Have strong communication skills.
Be willing to work weekends and holidays.
Be comfortable wearing ski boots for extended periods.
Successfully complete training and meet minimum skill, guest-service, and safety standards for placement as an instructor.

Responsibilities

Teach group and private lessons.
Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children.
Deliver world-class guest service.
Create a safe and fun learning environment.
Support snow sports school needs, including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, and fitting equipment.
Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Potentially support other departments, including Lift Experience, Mountain Activities, Food and Beverage Support, Base Area Operations, and Retail Rental Operations.
