Patient Education: Informing patients about the importance of following their immunotherapy schedule, potential side effects, and self-care measures. Patient Intake and Assessment: Obtaining vital signs, conducting medication reviews, and assisting patients with preparing for provider visits. Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient treatments and progress. Vial Management: Managing immunotherapy vials, ensuring proper storage and handling. Triage and Support: Assisting with triage of allergy-related calls and providing support to patients and other clinic staff. Safety and Infection Control: Adhering to all infection control and safety protocols.
