About The Position

On Site Companies is hiring a full-time, onsite Non-CDL Route Driver to serve the St. Paul, Minnesota service area. The driver delivers and services portable restroom units at job sites, events, and in communities, while providing customer service and managing an efficient route. The role includes a three-week paid training program and opportunities to develop new skills and grow within the company. The position is paid biweekly at $20.00 per hour. The required shift start time is 5:30 a.m.; flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required.

Requirements

Valid driver's license; no CDL is required.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Able to start the shift at 5:30 a.m. and work overtime and weekends as needed.
Ability to obtain a valid DOT medical card.
Ability to climb in and out of a Ford 550-sized truck 30–60 times per day using three points of contact, and climb to the truck bed and stairs.
Ability to drive a vehicle for more than five hours per day.
Ability to walk over varied terrain and uneven surfaces and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds regularly and 140 pounds occasionally.
Ability to reach, including overhead, bend, climb, push, pull, squat, and kneel as necessary.

Responsibilities

Drive a company truck throughout the St. Paul service area.
Deliver, service, clean, restock, maintain, and pick up portable restroom units.
Perform minor equipment repairs in the field.
Provide excellent customer service at every stop.
Work independently and manage the route efficiently.
