About The Position

Power-Flo Technologies Moonachie is looking for a Non-CDL Driver to handle local deliveries using a box truck, rack truck, and sprinter van. Experience with a 26-foot box truck is preferred. This is a full-time role, operating Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The company is a unique Family of Companies, including distributors, fabricators, manufacturers, and motor and pump repair firms, serving the New York metropolitan and New England areas as a Master Distributor and Manufacturers Representative.

Requirements

Box truck (up to 26 feet) experience required. No CDL required.
Current, valid, and clean driver’s license (7 years' clean driving record) to operate company vehicles
Ability to work in the warehouse
Ability to obtain & maintain DOT certification
Ability to follow processes, procedures, and policies
Ability to work well both independently and on a team and be willing to learn
Ability to communicate in verbal and written form with functional English skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Nice To Haves

26 foot box truck experience preferred.
Forklift experience a plus

Responsibilities

Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicle
Plan delivery route to maximize efficiency and productivity for the day
Obey all traffic laws and parking regulations
Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver orders
Perform basic warehouse work including removing sold parts from stock, placing received parts on shelves, processing items for shipment, receiving, driving, and organizing
Pull and stage orders for shipment
Organize Inventory
Maintain a clean Driver's License to operate company vehicles
