About The Position

The Non-CDL Driver/Warehouse employee makes local deliveries to residential and commercial job sites and supports warehouse operations. The role involves safely operating vehicles, truck-mounted forklifts, and warehouse forklifts; loading and unloading trucks; receiving and pulling products; and maintaining accurate inventory, delivery logs, and checklists. The employee follows DOT regulations, company safety policies, material-handling practices, load-securement policies, and required PPE practices. The role also includes communicating with the supply center team and customers to support accurate, on-time deliveries and assisting the Warehouse Supervisor or Branch Manager with inventory accuracy and quality.

Requirements

At least 1 year of driving experience.
Clean driving record, with no more than 3 violations in the previous 3 years.
Ability to pass a drug screen.
Ability to read and interpret safety policies and procedures.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to lift or move up to 100 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, and move frequently.

Experience with building products is very helpful.

Responsibilities

Review inventory discrepancies and notify the Branch Manager.
Receive and pull products accurately to ensure accurate inventory.
Ensure merchandise is properly racked and tagged.
Assist the Warehouse Supervisor or Branch Manager with inventory accuracy and quality.
