About The Position

Pioneer Crossing Landfill, J.P. Mascaro & Sons' primary disposal facility, is currently searching for a Dump Truck Driver in Birdsboro, PA. This role is crucial for our on-site operations, ensuring the efficient and safe handling of materials within the landfill. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean and environmentally conscious facility, including a cutting-edge gas-to-energy plant. Requirements

• A comfort level working in all weather outdoors and ability to work indoors
• The ability to work every other Saturday (required) and overtime
• A valid driver’s license
• Must be comfortable and able to drive heavy equipment on rough roads/landfill site
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Must be organized and motivated to succeed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Driving articulating rock truck on landfill
• Operating on-site equipment as needed when instructed by supervisor
• Assisting with other on-site operations as needed when instructed by supervisor
