About The Position

The Noise and Vibration EPM is responsible for driving large cross-functional teams in tackling a wide variety of noise and vibration issues across all Apple product lines. This role uniquely combines deep technical engineering expertise with program management skills. As the Noise and Vibration EPM, you will be the central voice representing the needs of the team and customer expectations. You will be critical in driving complex multi-physics noise issues to closure, balancing technical complexities and schedule requirements. Noise and Vibration EPMs work closely with their engineering partners to establish best practices, solutions, and customer experience for expertise across all of Apple’s product lines. This role requires significant cross-functional engagement from the early concept stage through mass production.

Requirements

  • BSME or BSEE or equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience in project management
  • Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience
  • Understand technical issues and drive them to closure by bringing together key partners for decision making
  • Ability to travel internationally when needed (<10%)

Nice To Haves

  • Strong technical background in EE or ME or NVH
  • Masters in Engineering is a plus
  • Technical hands-on experience with any of the following: System Dynamics, Mechanical Noise, Electrical Noise, or Fan Noise
  • Experience working with OEM/ODM partners
