About The Position

Booz Allen is seeking an experienced, back-end-focused Node.js developer to help identify potential risks, contribute to solution development, and create efficient, effective systems for clients. The developer will work with a development team using modern architectural approaches, open-source frameworks, and tools to build custom tools, systems, and sites with consistent performance and scalability. The role supports mission-focused work and continued skill and career development.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience implementing, maintaining, and supporting agile software development.
• At least 2 years of experience developing web applications.
• At least 2 years of experience with Node.js software development.
• At least 2 years of experience with TypeScript.
• Experience developing Linux-based systems in AWS.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree, or at least 5 years of software engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
• Candidates must complete the required skills assessment and meet the minimum proficiency threshold to continue in the hiring process.
