About The Position

Iris Telehealth is seeking compassionate PMHNPs with consult liaison experience in inpatient and ED/ER settings for a 100% remote, full-time opportunity. This role involves providing telepsychiatry services to patients of all ages (5+ preferred for ER) as part of a collaborative team. The position requires 15 shifts per month, including overnight shifts and weekends, with potential for daytime shifts as well. Requirements

• Active PMHNP license in the state of Texas is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years prescribing experience in consult liaison in IP/ER/ED settings required.
• Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 5+ for ED/ER consults.
• Availability for 32 hours/week (15 shifts per month).
• Ability to work overnight shifts during EST/CST hours.
• Telehealth experience required.
• PMHNP ANCC Board Certification.
• Comfortable working with multiple health systems and varying acuity levels.
• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote consults for Inpatient/ER/ED settings.
• Treat patients of all ages (5+ in ER settings preferred).
• Work 13-16 overnight shifts per month, including 3-4 weekend shifts.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Utilize advanced tools, including AI-supported systems, to streamline workflows and optimize care.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
