We are looking for someone with A+, Networking+, and a strong troubleshooting background. This role involves light electrical work, breakfix, and some physical labor, such as door/display replacement. The Network Operations Center Manager will provide leadership for the day-to-day operations of the data center and NOC teams. Responsibilities include implementing or improving existing SLAs, production support, tools, and industry standards for our data centers. The Manager must be a strong leader of projects, internal resources, and external vendors/service providers, playing a key role in contributing to the current and future strategic direction for Landmark. The role involves overseeing and managing technical and non-technical personnel supporting the Network Operations Center, assisting the organization in defining and adhering to company and compliance policies, procedures, best practices, and standards. Handling long-term planning, including circuit forecasts, traffic studies, and other network performance criteria, is also a key aspect. The position requires troubleshooting, analyzing, and debugging issues, and solving complex business problems, both as a team and independently. Recruiting, leading, mentoring, training, and supporting NOC Team Leads and Engineers to achieve initiatives, adhere to deadlines, and proactively mitigate risks are essential. Creating and updating tickets with 100% accuracy, following established procedures, and developing best practices, updating processes, and technical MOPs are also part of the role. Working with vendors to resolve outages as quickly as possible is crucial.
