We are looking for a NOC Engineer with strong technical foundations and high growth potential to join the Major Incident Management team within the Operations Command Centre (OCC). This is not a traditional NOC role. You will split your time between real-time incident management and building the future of our system availability and health through observability, automation, and intelligent tooling. You’ll be working at the intersection of engineering and operations, helping us move toward a more automated, resilient, and self-healing platform. We are particularly interested in candidates early in their careers who demonstrate exceptional problem-solving ability, technical curiosity, and a drive to learn quickly. You don’t need decades of experience, but you do need the mindset and capability to grow fast and take ownership.
