The Global Command Centre is a new, state-of-the-art, Operations and Cybersecurity facility, based in Waterloo, and serving OpenText’s customers worldwide. It is powered by OpenText technologies using AI-driven operations and cybersecurity tools and automation to monitor services, proactively respond to anomalies and incidents in real-time, and keep businesses and economies operating through high-availability, always on networks. Join us in building a world-class Global Network Operations Command Centre in Waterloo—a modern hub designed to drive innovation through advanced technologies and automation. We’re looking for NOC Administrators to provide technical leadership within our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in monitoring and responding to issues across applications, systems, and networks, ensuring everything runs smoothly and reliably. Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, including confidence in working with senior stakeholders.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • A technical degree or proven track record of continuous learning and hands-on experience in technology.
  • Experience with SaaS applications and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Must be able to work Night Shift - Monday - Friday - 10 pm - 7 am

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and process leadership to the NOC team, identifying opportunities to improve systems, technologies, and workflows for better reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end customer experiences.
  • Contribute to our knowledge base by developing and refining processes.
  • Champion positive change that enhances customer outcomes and experience.
