About The Position

Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an associate with a minimum of 1 years of litigation experience to join our No Fault (PIP) defense litigation practice to in our Uniondale, Long Island or Albany office. Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years of litigation experience

Responsibilities

• Handling and managing litigation files from inception through trial.
• Preparing motions and memorandums of law.
• Preparing pleadings, discovery, demands and responses.
• Drafting reports and provide file analysis
• Court and arbitration appearances
