Responsibilities

Perform a wide variety of temporary assignments in the Biscuit Processing area including, but not limited to, Scaling, Mixing, Utility, Depositing, Ovens, Chocolate Room/Robots, and Relief.
Rotate through several jobs within the classification as a multi-functional position.
Perform sanitation duties.
Operate a lift truck and powered pallet jack.
Substitute or provide relief coverage for Processing Machine Operators.
Support all plant safety, quality, SAP, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve in the role of 5S Leader.
Actively participate in all audits (i.e. Daily Sweep, Weekly Spot, etc.).
Display a positive attitude and work collaboratively within a team environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager.
Perform basic preventive maintenance (Operator Asset Care) on equipment.
Perform other Operator-Driven Reliability (ODR) duties including cleaning, inspecting, and lubricating as assigned by the supervisor.
