About The Position

The Retail Supervisor reports to the Senior Store Manager or Assistant Manager and is expected to execute the following duties and responsibilities: adhere to company policy/core values; publish staff schedules; open/close the bakeshops; oversee daily staffing; make cash deposits; manage inventory in a timely manner. A successful candidate enhances customer satisfaction and meets sales and profitability goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• The ability to stand for extended periods
• Proven success in the Retail industry
• Must be available to work weekends
• Per the Collin Street Bakery dress code, Bakeshop Staff will not present with any visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform (absolutely no tattoos on hands, neck, or face)
