Requirements

Mechanical aptitude.
Ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Scaling, Mixing, Utility, Depositing, Ovens, Chocolate Room/Robots, and Relief.
Rotate through several jobs within the classification.
Sanitation duties.
Operate a lift truck and powered pallet jack.
Substitute or provide relief coverage for Processing Machine Operators.
Support all plant safety, quality, SAP, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve in the role of 5S Leader.
Actively participate in all audits (i.e. Daily Sweep, Weekly Spot, etc.).
Display a positive attitude, which are necessary to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor and/or manager.
Perform basic preventive maintenance (Operator Asset Care) on equipment.
Perform other Operator-Driven Reliability (ODR) duties including, but not limited to, cleaning, inspecting, and lubricating as assigned by the supervisor.
