About The Position

Clean-Up Team Members maintain the interior of the wash tunnel after normal operating hours by completing manual tasks to clean tunnel walls, floors, and equipment. Exterior cleaning may be performed at the team member’s preference or at management’s request. The role also includes maintaining the property’s interior to meet cleanliness standards and securing the location at the end of each shift.

Team members are expected to follow the company’s purpose and values, participate in training to keep safety knowledge and skills current, and ask management for help when needed. Shifts typically begin at 9:00 p.m.; employees must work scheduled shifts unless management says otherwise and be available at least three days per week. The position is part-time, with 6–10 hours of work each week, and starting pay is up to $14.25 per hour.

Requirements

• Be available to work at least three days per week and work scheduled shifts unless management says otherwise.
• Understand and carry out simple instructions in written or oral form.
• Read product manuals and reports, workplace rules, and procedures.
• Meet the role’s physical demands, including prolonged standing or walking; repetitive movements and hand use; occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds; and occasional use of stairs and ladders.
• Work indoors, wear safety shoes or boots, and work with chemicals, dust, odors, noise, and vibrations, either alone or with others.

Responsibilities

• Clean the wash tunnel’s walls, floors, and equipment after normal operating hours.
• Perform exterior cleaning when preferred or requested by management.
• Maintain the property’s interior so customers feel comfortable and cleanliness standards are met.
• Deliver a clean, quick carwash experience in accordance with the company purpose.

• Participate in training to keep safety knowledge and skills up to date, and ask management for assistance when expectations are unclear.
• Secure the location before leaving each night by checking that doors are closed and locked and the alarm is set.
• Work all scheduled shifts unless notified otherwise by management.
