About The Position

At Crew Carwash, the purpose is to “Create Smiles and Lifetime Customers.” The Part-Time Night Clean-Up Team Member helps maintain the overall cleanliness of the carwash location, inside and outside, while living the company’s value of safety. The role follows a set schedule, typically from 9:00 pm to 1:00 am, and requires working 3–5 nights per week in a fast-paced operations environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to work 3–5 nights per week.
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time, up to 8+ hours per day.
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency.
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump.
• Be able to push or pull drums and materials with appropriate equipment.
• Be comfortable working near or around moving mechanical parts.
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms.
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices.
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes.

Responsibilities

• Help create smiles for customers and live the company’s value of safety.
• Ensure the overall cleanliness of the location, both inside and outside.
• Pick up trash.
• Scrub walls, doors, stainless steel blowers, and equipment.
• Clean floors.
