About The Position

Clean-Up Team Members maintain the interior of the wash tunnel after normal operating hours by completing manual tasks to clean tunnel walls, floors, and equipment. Exterior cleaning may also be performed at the team member’s preference or at management’s request. The role supports customer satisfaction by keeping the property interior comfortable and meeting cleanliness standards, follows company values and safety practices, participates in training, and secures the location before leaving each night.

Requirements

• Available to work at least three days per week.
• Ability to understand and carry out simple written or oral instructions.
• Ability to read product manuals and reports, workplace rules, and procedures.
• Able to meet the position’s physical demands, including standing or walking continuously; frequent stooping, reaching, twisting, repetitive movements, gripping, and operating hand controls; occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds; and occasional use of stairs and ladders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a clean, quick car wash and provide customers with a smile.

• Maintain the interior of the property to meet cleanliness standards and ensure customers feel comfortable.
• Participate in training to keep safety knowledge and skills up to date, and ask management for clarification when needed.
• Ensure the location is secure before leaving each night by checking that doors are closed and locked and the alarm is set.
• Complete manual cleaning tasks on wash tunnel walls, floors, and equipment; perform exterior cleaning when preferred or requested by management.
• Work all scheduled shifts unless management provides other direction.
