About The Position
The Night Shuttle Van Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing night-shift Crew van shuttle services supporting UPS aviation (pilot and flight crew transportation). This role ensures delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring operational excellence, safety, efficiency, and on time movement of pilots and UPS personnel between terminals, aircraft, lodging, and designated facilities. The manager provides direct supervision of drivers, ensures compliance with safety and NON-DOT standards, and maintains high service levels in a time-critical environment. The ideal candidate is adaptable, solution-oriented, and skilled at communicating across multiple levels of complex, fast-paced, unionized environment. Occasional work outside standard business hours may be required to meet operational needs.
