About The Position
The Shuttle Van Driver position at the Springfield University Plaza Hotel involves safely transporting guests to and from local destinations such as airports, restaurants, and events. Key responsibilities include assisting guests with their luggage, providing a warm welcome, promptly addressing questions and requests, and handling guest concerns with care, escalating them when necessary. The role also requires maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the shuttles, front drive, and lobby to ensure guest comfort and safety. Requirements
- Customer-focused: You know that a great attitude makes every ride better.
- Licensed and safe driver: Your valid driver’s license and care on the road keep guests secure.
- Strong communicator: You handle questions and concerns like a pro, making guests feel heard.
- Physically fit: Ready to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet during your shift.

Responsibilities
- Safely drive guests to and from local spots like airports, restaurants, and events — your route, their adventure!
- Assist guests with luggage because every suitcase deserves a helping hand.
- Welcome guests warmly and respond quickly to their questions or requests.
- Handle guest concerns with care and escalate when needed to keep things smooth.
