About The Position

Position Summary: The Shuttle Van Driver is responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from designated locations in a timely and courteous manner to and from Rexburg. This role requires exceptional customer service, strong attention to safety, and a commitment to maintaining the company’s high standards of professionalism and reliability.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum age of 21 (or as required by insurance regulations).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience driving passenger vans or similar vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company shuttle vans in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
• Transport passengers along assigned routes or schedules, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Provide friendly, professional, and courteous customer service always.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch or supervisors regarding delays, route changes, or incidents.
• Complete and submit all required trip logs, inspection forms, and reports accurately and on time, and ensure cleanliness inside and out.
• Adhere to all DOT, state, and company safety standards.
