About The Position

McKesson is seeking a Night Operations Supervisor to lead overnight operations within our Conroe, TX distribution center. This position is responsible for driving safety, productivity, quality, and service while overseeing a team that supports the accurate and timely distribution of healthcare products.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environment.
1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume operation.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or distribution operations.
Continuous Improvement or Lean experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise nightly warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory activities.
Coach, develop, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet operational goals.
Monitor productivity, staffing, and workflow to ensure service and quality standards are achieved.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
Conduct quality checks and inventory audits to maintain accuracy and operational excellence.
Address operational issues, equipment concerns, and employee relations matters in a timely manner.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth shift transitions and customer fulfillment.
Review performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
