About The Position

Valvoline Global Operations is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and production operations. This role is crucial for ensuring safety, quality, and efficient order fulfillment. The Production Supervisor will manage staff, monitor inventory, and ensure production schedules and shipment targets are met. The position also focuses on training team members, utilizing EHS training, maintaining product quality, supporting clear communication across operations, and prefers bilingual Spanish and English communication skills. Requirements

• 4-year degree preferred
• In lieu of degree, 5 - 7 years of management experience is required
• The ability to motivate and manage personnel
• Strong multitasking skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent decision-making skills
• Conflict resolution skills
• Inventory experience
• Previous SAP experience
• Strong in EHS programs and training that are required from EHS teams

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills preferred
• Spanish and English Fluency preferred

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the quality of products
• Oversee the daily operation of the warehouse
• Ensure safety regulations are being followed
• Ensure the production scheduling is efficient
• Ensure the target number of order shipments is met
• Monitor daily warehouse reports
• Display high team leadership to evaluate staffing schedules
• Monitor the quality of products being shipped out of the warehouse
• Train loaders and pickers on safety protocols
• Communicate frequently with production assistants on various orders
• Oversee inventory management
