Night Shift Maintenance Technician
About The Position
Recycling firm is seeking a highly skilled and disciplined Night Shift Maintenance Technician to maintain and protect our $7.5 million SSI e-waste shredding system. This is not a general maintenance position. This role carries direct responsibility for the uptime, safety, and mechanical integrity of our primary production asset. The individual in this position will operate independently, respond to critical breakdowns, and ensure the shredder system performs at peak efficiency throughout the night shift. Downtime equals lost revenue. This position is accountable for preventing it.
