About The Position

We are seeking reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technicians to support our manufacturing operations. We have multiple openings and are interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas: Industrial or general maintenance, Preventive maintenance, HVAC and refrigeration, Electrical and electronic systems, Equipment lubrication and reliability, Mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems. You do not need experience in every specialty. Candidates will be considered based on their individual skills and experience. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced technicians as well as mechanically inclined candidates interested in expanding their technical skills in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Maintenance, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, lubrication, or equipment-repair experience preferred
• Basic troubleshooting skills and experience using hand or power tools
• Ability to work the 7:00 PM to 7:15 AM rotating night schedule
• Willingness to learn additional equipment and maintenance skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance work
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work around manufacturing equipment
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise and varying temperatures

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, or equipment-related issues based on experience
• Inspect equipment and identify concerns before breakdowns occur
• Repair or replace components such as motors, drives, sensors, pumps, and controls
• Complete work orders and document maintenance activities
• Follow safety, PPE, and Lockout/Tagout procedures
• Support equipment installations and improvement projects as needed
