Night Shift Maintenance Technician
About The Position
HiFyve is hiring for a night shift Maintenance Technician with automation experience in Columbia, MO. This role involves inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing plant equipment, understanding various systems like PLC, mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration, and diagnosing/fixing computerized control systems including HVAC. The technician will also be responsible for welding, fabricating, assembling industrial equipment parts, performing general maintenance and repairs for the shop and building, keeping records and inventory, and assisting team members with mechanical repairs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years experience with industrial networking (e.g., DeviceNet, ControlNet, Ethernet).
- 1-3 years experience with Rockwell Automation, Mitsubishi, PLCs, and VFDs.
- 1-3 years experience programming or modifying PLC, HMI, VFD, and Rockwell Automation software.
- 1-3 years experience installing and calibrating sensors and meters (level, temperature, pH, flow).
- Good communication skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask.
Nice To Haves
- 1-3 years experience with fluid processing.
