About The Position
We are seeking a highly experienced Night Hotel Operations Manager to lead all evening hotel operations and ensure a seamless guest experience during evening hours. This role requires a confident, hands-on leader with deep hospitality experience, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage both routine operations and unexpected situations with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of hotel operations experience, with significant leadership responsibility
- Proven experience managing front office or night operations in a hotel setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent judgment and ability to make decisions independently
- Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong knowledge of hotel systems, night audit procedures, and reporting tools
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
- Experience with property management systems (PMS) and night audit software
- Background in handling emergency procedures and safety protocols
- Demonstrated success in improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
Responsibilities
- Oversee all night hotel operations, including front desk, security, and guest services
- Serve as the senior leader on duty during night shifts, making critical decisions as needed
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained at all times
- Handle guest concerns, complaints, and emergency situations with professionalism and urgency
- Supervise, train, and support overnight staff, fostering accountability and high performance
- Conduct night audits, review reports, and ensure accuracy of financial and operational data
- Monitor safety and security procedures to protect guests, staff, and property
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure readiness for the next day
- Prepare shift reports and communicate key updates to senior leadership
