About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Night Hotel Operations Manager to lead all evening hotel operations and ensure a seamless guest experience during evening hours. This role requires a confident, hands-on leader with deep hospitality experience, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage both routine operations and unexpected situations with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of hotel operations experience, with significant leadership responsibility
  • Proven experience managing front office or night operations in a hotel setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent judgment and ability to make decisions independently
  • Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Strong knowledge of hotel systems, night audit procedures, and reporting tools
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
  • Experience with property management systems (PMS) and night audit software
  • Background in handling emergency procedures and safety protocols
  • Demonstrated success in improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all night hotel operations, including front desk, security, and guest services
  • Serve as the senior leader on duty during night shifts, making critical decisions as needed
  • Ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained at all times
  • Handle guest concerns, complaints, and emergency situations with professionalism and urgency
  • Supervise, train, and support overnight staff, fostering accountability and high performance
  • Conduct night audits, review reports, and ensure accuracy of financial and operational data
  • Monitor safety and security procedures to protect guests, staff, and property
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure readiness for the next day
  • Prepare shift reports and communicate key updates to senior leadership
