Night Shift Supervisor – Distribution Operations Santa Fe Springs | Distribution Center Operations | Full-Time | Night Shift Help us deliver life‑saving medications and healthcare products to the patients who need them most. As a Night Shift Supervisor at McKesson, you will lead and support a team of distribution center associates to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient operations throughout the night shift.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Experience working night shift strongly preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and distribution processes
• Effective communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work a consistent night shift schedule, including weekends/holidays
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop night shift associates, including performance feedback and corrective actions when required
• Oversee nightly distribution activities to meet productivity, accuracy, and service-level goals
• Ensure inventory is stored, handled, and moved accurately, addressing discrepancies as they arise
• Champion and enforce all McKesson safety standards, policies, and operational procedures
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and escalate issues when needed
• Partner with other supervisors and departments to maintain smooth shift transitions
• Prepare clear and timely reports on shift performance, productivity, safety, and incidents
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
