About The Position

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking an Hourly Assistant Manager to lead a team serving scratch-baked bread and pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches made with whole ingredients. The role involves supporting restaurant operations and providing consistent, exemplary customer service. The position requires afternoon and evening availability. Requirements

At least 1 year of fast-paced restaurant or retail leadership experience.
Attentiveness to local, state, and federal food-handler and sanitation regulations.
Experience meeting operational goals and identifying ways to improve experiences for teams and customers.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment, ingredients, and supplies.
Must be available in the afternoon and evening.
