About The Position

Permian Resources is seeking a Night Lease Operator in Midland, Texas. The position oversees daily oil and gas well testing, operates and maintains assigned oil and gas process equipment, identifies and documents problems, and reports production. The role follows a 14-on / 14-off schedule and requires technical and communication skills to contribute to a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work within a team environment.

• Two or more years of applicable job or industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Gauge production and perform operational checks on assigned wells, equipment, and facilities.
• Perform lease maintenance, including minor production repairs and keeping the work environment clean.
• Maintain heaters, separators, and other pressure vessels to company standards.
• Maintain fluid pumps.
• Report daily production data, including well pressures and artificial lift performance.
• Collaborate with employees, including engineers and foremen, regarding wells and lease activities.
• Perform work to ensure the secure and environmentally safe operation of assigned wells and leases.
• Follow safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
