About The Position

Permian Resources is seeking a Night Lease Operator in Midland, Texas. This role works a 14-on / 14-off schedule and oversees daily oil and gas well testing, operation and maintenance of assigned oil and gas process equipment, problem identification and documentation, and production reporting. The position works with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Strong commitment to safety and the environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work within a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of applicable job or industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Gauge production and perform operational checks on assigned wells, equipment, and facilities.
• Perform lease maintenance, including minor production repairs and maintaining a clean working environment.
• Maintain heaters, separators, and other pressure vessels to company standards.
• Maintain fluid pumps.
• Report daily production data, including well pressures and Artificial Lift performance.
• Collaborate with employees, including engineers and foremen, concerning wells and lease activities.
• Ensure the secure and environmentally safe operation of assigned wells and leases.
• Follow safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
