About The Position

The Forklift Operator is responsible for placing pallets into designated slots, moving and organizing products, and maintaining inventory levels to ensure product availability for order selectors. The role operates a stand-up forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment and follows safety and operational procedures. Additional duties may be assigned to support warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Experience operating a stand-up forklift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when placing and moving products.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods while operating equipment.
• Ability to work in warehouse conditions, including varying temperatures and noise levels.

• Previous warehouse or inventory management experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift to transport and place pallets in designated storage slots.
• Ensure products are properly slotted and organized for efficient order selection.
• Move and reposition products to optimize warehouse space and workflow.
• Monitor inventory in assigned slots and replenish stock as necessary.
• Conduct routine forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures, including proper load handling and equipment operation.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned by management.
