About The Position

This position is responsible for operating filling machines, ensuring product quality, maintaining a clean work environment, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), state, and federal regulations. The role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Overtime may be required to meet production needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work flexible schedules with changing start times.
• Customer service orientation.
• Dependability with a good attendance record.
• Solid understanding of GMP, and state/federal regulations and practices.
• Ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean all filling machines.
• Minimize machinery downtime.
• Maintain a clean work area according to established practices.
• Monitor product quality to identify and address issues early.
• Communicate with co-workers to coordinate run schedules.
• Adhere to GMP standards in all duties.
• Perform quality assurance tests in the lab.
• Order and receive packaging and ingredients.
• Maintain open communication with other departments and operators.
• Comply with GMP, state, federal regulations, and company/plant safety policies.
• Display a high level of professionalism.
• Maintain a good attendance and reliability record.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
