About The Position

The Stocker keeps shelves stocked and the store ready for customers. During daytime hours, the role includes stocking products on the sales floor, organizing shelves, and helping customers find items or answering questions. Overnight, the focus is preparing the store for the next day by processing deliveries, stocking shelves, and resetting displays without customer traffic.

The role also involves moving products from the backroom to the sales floor, rotating inventory, keeping aisles clear, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining organized work areas. It is steady, physical work in a fast-paced environment, including frequent lifting, carrying, and movement, with lifting up to 60 lbs. The position requires following company policies, safety procedures, sanitation standards, and stocking processes. This is an entry-level position with advancement opportunity.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with frequent lifting, carrying, and movement, including lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Clear communication when assisting customers.
• Attention to detail in stocking, rotation, labeling, and removing outdated products.
• Ability to manage workload efficiently while maintaining clean, organized areas.

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock products on shelves and maintain display standards.
• Organize shelves and assist customers with questions or locating items.
• Process deliveries and prepare the store for the next day, including stocking shelves and resetting displays.
• Move products from the backroom to the sales floor and maintain backroom organization.
• Rotate inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate stocking, labeling, and removal of outdated products.
• Keep aisles and work areas clear, clean, and organized.
• Operate pallet jacks, balers, box cutters, and other store equipment in accordance with training and safety guidelines.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, sanitation requirements, dress standards, and stocking processes.
