About The Position

As a Stocker, you help keep shelves filled and the store ready for customers. Responsibilities vary by shift: daytime work includes stocking products, organizing shelves, and helping customers find items; overnight work focuses on processing deliveries, stocking shelves, and resetting displays to prepare the store for the next day. The role also involves moving products from the backroom to the sales floor, rotating inventory, keeping aisles clear, handling freight, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. This is steady, physical work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with frequent lifting, carrying, and movement, including lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Clear communication when assisting customers.
• Attention to accuracy in stocking, rotation, labeling, and removing outdated products.
• Ability to manage workload efficiently and maintain clean, organized areas.
• Adaptability to varied shifts and a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with store layout, product locations, and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Stock products and organize shelves and displays.
• Assist customers with questions and help them locate items.
• Process deliveries and stock shelves, particularly during overnight shifts.
• Move products from the backroom to the sales floor.
• Rotate inventory and remove outdated products.
• Keep aisles clear and work areas clean and organized.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain backroom organization.
• Operate pallet jacks, balers, box cutters, and other store equipment according to training and safety guidelines.
• Follow company stocking processes, policies, safety procedures, sanitation requirements, and dress standards.
