About The Position
Join our guest services team, the heartbeat of our business and the warmth our guests remember long after their stay. This is a full-time position working weekdays and weekends. Typical shifts are 9:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Competency with computers and knowledge of basic accounting functions
- The ability to work independently and quickly respond to all guest or building needs
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of Front Desk and/or Night Audit experience at a previous hotel
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the safety, security and service of guests and property during the night hours
- Printing reports for management relating to following day’s business
- Checking all reservations expected for following day, ensuring that billing and routing is correct
- Providing simple food and beverage service for members and guests as requested
- Regularly checking the resort with regard to safety and security issues – lights, fires, obstructions etc.
- Answering telephones and routing calls appropriately
