About The Position
Lodge Kohler is seeking a detail-oriented housekeeper to join their team. This role is responsible for maintaining the beauty and charm of guest rooms and facilities at a boutique hotel located near Lambeau Field. The housekeeper will follow established cleaning standards, ensure proper chemical usage, and maintain the highest housekeeping standards for Lodge Kohler.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Candidate must tolerate being on their feet for the majority of the day and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice To Haves
- Prior hotel/lodging experience is helpful, but not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Following established cleaning standards, ensuring the proper chemical is used on each surface.
- Maintaining the highest housekeeping standards established for Lodge Kohler.
- Being responsible for proper use and care of cleaning tools assigned to you such as squeegees, sticky rollers etc.
- Being responsible for understanding assignment board, making a note of early arrivals, late departures, VIPs, special requests etc.
- Ensuring all stay over rooms must be cleaned to meet stay over requirements to include personalizing of room, and all checkout rooms must be cleaned to meet hotel standard.
